MEET YOUR PRACTITIONER
Kayla M. Ewing, MS
Kayla brings nearly two decades of devoted study and practice to the field of integrative wellness. With a Master’s degree in Human Biology, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and certifications in holistic health and yoga instruction, her work bridges the worlds of science, tradition, and embodied healing.

Guided by a deep curiosity about the nature of human vitality, Kayla has spent years exploring anatomy, physiology, spirituality, and the philosophical foundations of healing across Eastern, Indigenous, and Western traditions. Her approach honors the wisdom of historically practiced modalities—herbal and plant-based medicine, mindfulness traditions, ceremony, and somatic movement—while thoughtfully integrating insights from modern, evidence-based science and technology.

At the heart of her work is the belief that true healing emerges when we look beyond symptoms and begin to understand the deeper patterns that shape health and imbalance. Through a highly individualized, whole-person approach, Kayla creates space for clients to reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence and capacity for restoration.

Central to her practice is the art of homeopathy—one of the most subtle and natural forms of medicine—which works in harmony with the body to gently support balance, resilience, and long-term vitality.

Each session is designed to be a collaborative and deeply supportive experience, empowering clients to cultivate lasting well-being from the inside out.

"Together we can work to create simple, cost-effective strategies that integrate natural medicine, mind-body practices, and lifestyle support — blending the best of modern science with time-honored traditions — so you can thrive in every part of your life."
